The human energy field (HEF), also known as the aura, refers to the subtle electromagnetic field that surrounds and permeates the physical body. It is composed of various layers or levels of energy, each with its own unique vibrational frequency.
The aura is often described as a colorful, luminous field that extends a few inches to several feet from the body. It contains information about a person's physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
The aura is interconnected with the physical body and the various energy centers, or chakras, within it. The body has 114 chakras, and over 72,000 energetic channels, however there are the 7 main chakras shown in the chart below.
Chakras are responsible for the flow of life force energy throughout the body. When the energy in the aura or chakras becomes imbalanced, it can manifest as physical or emotional symptoms.
Energy healers work with chakras and the aura, sensing or visualizing its colors, patterns, and any areas of imbalance or blockages. They may use techniques such as energy clearing, balancing, or charging to restore harmony and vitality to the whole energy system.
The aura is believed to be influenced by our thoughts, emotions, and experiences. It can also be affected by external factors, such as other people's energy, environments, physical injury or energetic imprints. By working with the aura, energy healers aim to promote well-being, vitality, and a sense of wholeness in individuals.
Energy Healers
Energy healing is an alternative healing approach that focuses on the idea that our bodies have an energy field or life force flowing through them. This energy, also known as chi, prana, or life force energy, can become blocked or imbalanced, leading to physical, emotional, or mental ailments.
Energy healers channels the life force energy that enters their crown chakra, moves through their heart chakra and down through their hands. They will use this channel to move, clear and balance the receiver's energetic field. This channeling of energy has the potential to remove energetic blocks, restore the bodies natural balance, promoting the body's own natural ability to heal itself. This can be done through various techniques such as Reiki, acupuncture, acupressure, chakra balancing, or aura cleansing.
During a Reiki or energy healing session, the practitioner will use their hands to detect, channel and direct energy throughout the body to help facilitate the healing process. Hands have powerful chakras located in the center of the palms, which are believed to be the center of healing and regeneration.
Overall, the intention of energy healing is to restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit and activate the body's own natural ability to heal.
Energy is not restricted by time, space or dimensions which is why it can still be effective when provided remotely, to a group of people or to help heal past lives.
It's important to note that energy healing is a complementary approach and should not replace traditional medical treatment. It is often used alongside conventional medicine to support overall health and well-being.
