Terms of service
1. Scope of Services
The services provided include intuitive coaching, spiritual guidance, teaching, workshops, and related offerings intended for personal insight, self-reflection, and empowerment. Services may include intuitive perception and communication with Spirit (also referred to as God, Source, or the Universe). These services are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial services and do not replace care from licensed professionals.
2. Age Requirement
All clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive services. By booking a session, attending a workshop, or participating in any offering, clients confirm that they are 18 years of age or older. Services are not provided to minors, with or without parental or guardian consent.
3. No Diagnosis or Guarantees
I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, predict outcomes, or guarantee results. All guidance is subjective and interpretive.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients acknowledge they retain full responsibility for their own decisions, actions, interpretations, and outcomes related to participation.
5. Consent & Participation
All services are voluntary and consent-based. Clients may pause, decline, or discontinue participation at any time.
6. Emotional & Psychological Safety
These services are not appropriate for individuals experiencing active crisis or requiring immediate professional intervention.
7. Confidentiality
All personal information shared is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or there is risk of harm. Group workshops cannot guarantee confidentiality among participants.
8. Boundaries & Non-Interference
I do not intervene in medical, legal, financial matters, active investigations, or third-party situations without consent, nor do I attempt to influence another person’s free will.
9. Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable.
10. Payments & Refunds
Payment is required in advance unless otherwise stated. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
11. Intellectual Property
All content and materials are the intellectual property of the practitioner and may not be reproduced without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
Clients agree to release and hold harmless the practitioner from claims arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or participating, clients confirm they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Code of Ethics.
