Shipping policy

Customers have 7 business days to notify Island Body Soul of any issues with the product and 7 business days to return the physical product in order to receive a refund or store credit. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Island Body Soul is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Lost or stolen packages will not be refunded, however a store credit of up to 50% of the lost item will be issued, determined on a case by case basis.
