Refund, Return & Rescheduling Policy

At Island Body Soul, I am committed to offering high-quality services and thoughtfully created products, delivered with integrity and care. In the rare event that an issue arises, I will always do my best to address concerns fairly and respectfully, within the guidelines outlined below.

Physical Products (Returns & Refunds)

Customers have 7 business days from the date of delivery to notify Island Body Soul of any issues with a physical product. Eligible products must be returned within 7 business days of notification to qualify for a refund or store credit.

  • Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Island Body Soul is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Lost or stolen packages will not be refunded; however, a store credit of up to 50% of the item’s value may be issued at the sole discretion of Island Body Soul and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Service Sessions (Coaching, Intuitive, Readings & Healing Sessions)

Because services involve time, preparation, and energetic commitment, the following policies apply:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund for that session.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
  • Missed appointments or no-shows are considered a completed session and are not eligible for refund or reschedule.

Service Packages (Multiple-Session Offerings)

Service packages are offered at a discounted rate and are subject to the following terms:

  • Packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.
  • In select circumstances, a prorated refund may be issued at the discretion of Island Body Soul, minus the full single-session rate for any sessions already completed.
  • Sessions included in a package may be rescheduled within 6 months of the original booking date, subject to availability.Unused sessions beyond the 6-month window are forfeited and non-refundable.

Additional Notes

All services are consent-based and empowerment-focused and do not replace licensed medical, mental health, or legal care.

Clients retain full responsibility for their participation, choices, and outcomes resulting from services.

Island Body Soul reserves the right to refuse service for any reason or terminate packages if boundaries, safety, or ethical standards are compromised.
